Bio

Mr. Paul Wack holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Southern California (1976) and a Master of Arts degree in Urban Geography from California State University, Northridge (1974). He has had a very distinguished career as an environmental planning professional in both the private and public sectors during the past twenty-three years. He has served in a variety of planning advisory roles for cities and counties throughout California, including the County of Ventura, the County of Santa Barbara, and the City of Santa Barbara. He is the former chair of the Santa Barbara County Planning Commission.
